SCOUT ADVANCEMENT

The Scout Advancement Process

All transactions must be processed by the Advancement & Awards Officer at the BSP Quezon City Council Office, on the other hand, the Field Scout Executives, during their field day (school visit), may accept Scout Advancement. (See forms below)

Submission of Report of the Board Of Review (RBOR) Form

1. All RBOR Form shall be accomplished in four (4) copies, properly accomplished and signed.

2. Only Advancements Ranks shall be submitted  using the RBOR Form, the previous practice of using the RBOR Form to submit / report earning of Merit Badges is not required.

Submission of Application Form for Board Of Review for Outdoorsman, Venturer, and Eagle Scout Ranks

1. All Applications Forms for BOR - Outdoorsman, Venturer, and Eagle Scout Ranks, and its pertinent documentary requirements shall be submitted using the Advancement Portal in the BSP Quezon City Council Website.

2. The physical copies of the documents shall be presented and submitted on the day of the Board of Review, and compiled in a red  long clear book.

Submission of Project Proposal, Post-Activity Report, Rover Scout Advancement Form, and Rover Circle Advancement Report

2. 1. All Rover-related Forms shall be accomplished in four (4) copies, properly accomplished and signed.

   2. The complete requirements for processing a rover quadrants, and earning points is indicated in this link.

1. We will only process  properly accomplished and complete submission of advancement documents, as this will be properly received, recorded and stored in our permanent records.
