MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

The Membership & Registration Process

All transactions must be processed by the Registration Officer at the BSP Quezon City Council Office, on the other hand, the Field Scout Executives, during their field day (school visit), may accept membership & registrations. (See forms below)

New Applications:

Submission of fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Unit Registration (AUR) with a fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Adult Registration (AAR), and Adult Endorsement Form (AEF).
If the number of adults exceed the space provided in the AUR, submit a fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Adult Registration (AAR), and Adult Endorsement Form (AEF).
Payment of the Permit To Operate (Charter).
Visit the BSP Quezon City Council Office for the settlement of registration and membership.
Wait for the issuance of PTO and Membership Cards.

Renewal Applications (Existing Sponsoring Units):

Submission of fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Unit Registration (AUR) with a fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Adult Registration (AAR), and Adult Endorsement Form (AEF).
If the number of adults exceed the space provided in the AUR, submit a fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Adult Registration (AAR), and Adult Endorsement Form (AEF).
If the number of scouts exceeded the AUR, but is less than 12 scouts, submit a fully-accomplished four (4) copies of Application for Additional Scout Registration (AASR).
Payment of the Permit To Operate (Charter).
Visit the BSP Quezon City Council Office for the settlement of registration and membership.
Wait for the issuance of PTO and Membership Cards.

Kindly note that:

All transactions will be issued with an Invoice.
We are only accepting the following modes of settlement: 1) Cash, 2) Cheque - addressed to Quezon City Council, BSP, and Direct Bank Transfer / Deposit to Land Bank of the Philippines Account of BSP QC (Acct. Name Quezon City Council, BSP Acct. No. 1722102726) We currently do not accept GCash, Paymaya, and other similar mobile wallet applications.
Based on National Office Memorandum No. 105, S. 2025 "Endorsement Requirement for Adult Leader Registration and Re-Registration under BSP Safeguarding Policy", all adult leaders must secure an endorsement from the institutional head of their unit, this shall be mandatory for registration and renewal.
It is unlawful for any Educational Learning Institutions, Groups, Communities, or Individuals to operate a BSP Scouting Unit, conduct and join BSP Activities, or represent themselves as an agent or member of the BSP, without being registered to the same. (RA 7278)
